ITS Learning Environments (ITS LE) is the USC Information Technology Services team dedicated to managing the technology that powers teaching and learning across campus. We keep classrooms running, computing centers accessible, and learning spaces built for the future.

To deliver reliable, innovative, and people-centered technology solutions that support every student, faculty member, and instructor who walks into a USC learning space.
What We Manage
Classrooms & Auditoria We support 200 general-assignment classrooms and 20 auditoria across the University Park and Health Sciences campuses — each equipped with standard AV so instructors can walk in and teach without reservation.
AV Equipment Reservations Need something beyond the standard setup? Non-standard equipment such as mobile microphones and document cameras can be reserved for any ITS-managed room through the ITS Service Portal.
Collaboration Rooms Bookable collaboration spaces available for group work in limited time blocks. Each group may reserve one two-hour block per day, with the option to extend by one hour if availability allows.
Computing Centers ITS-managed labs at KOH, WPH, and Leavey provide desktop workstations, collaborative study spaces, and wireless printing for students.
Digital Creative Lab A dedicated space supporting digital creation and media production for the USC community.
Laptop Loaner Program Free loaner laptops available to currently enrolled USC students at Leavey Lower Commons.
Printing Services Standard printing at WPH and King Hall Computing Centers; large-format printing at Leavey Lower Commons.
Learning Space Design We consult, design, and manage AV integration projects for new and renovated classrooms, conference rooms, and auditoria across USC.
Technology Orientation & Training Personalized, one-on-one instruction on classroom technology is available on request. Submit a Request for Technology Orientation through the ITS Service Portal.
Room Finder
Every ITS-managed room has a full profile — photos, campus map, seating capacity, furniture type, and complete AV specs. Search by building name or capacity to find the right space.
