Features

• Documents can be printed through WEPA from the computing center’s public computers, loaner laptops or personal devices.
• Both color and black-and-white printing are available.
• Large-format printing and plotting can be done in color or black-and-white, on high-gloss or heavyweight-coated paper.
• Large format print sizes range from 10 to 48 inches wide, up to 100 inches in length.
• Regular print jobs can be sent wirelessly from a personal cloud account, such as Google Drive or Dropbox, or from any device. See WEPA Print Options [PDF] for instructions.
• Data Security: Print jobs are sent over USC’s secure wired and wireless networks.

Standard Printing (WEPA)

Available at: KOH, WPH, & Leavey

Use our WEPA kiosks for your everyday 8.5” x 11” documents. You can print from lab computers, personal laptops, or cloud accounts (Google Drive/Dropbox).

  • Color (Single-Sided): $0.50
  • Color (Double-Sided): $0.70

Large-Format Plotter Printing

Available at: Leavey Library Only

Professional-grade printing for banners and research posters.

• Sizing: 10″ to 44″ wide, up to 100″ in length.
• Paper Options: Universal Gloss Photo Paper or Heavyweight Coated (Matte).
• Pricing (per inch of the longest dimension):
  • Matte Finish: $1.00 per inch
  • Glossy (Under 36″): $1.05 per inch
  • Glossy (36″ and over): $1.30 per inch
• Requests: Email spaces@usc.edu to coordinate your large-format or 3D printing needs.

Eligibility and Payment

Requirements: A valid USC Card with discretionary funds is required for all printing services.

Access: While primarily for students, this service is open to anyone with a loaded USC Card.
